NB: For security reasons, the pairs matches were transmitted by BBO in a way that precluded passive logging and/or was prone to data loss; hence, several boards or whole rounds (3 boards per round) are missing and, more importantly, during day 1 player names were not saved. I had to try and infer them from the frequency charts; in a few cases this was impossible with certainty, hence I left them unnamed; more importantly, while the pair's names are accurate, their precise orientation is far from sure, i.e. whether player A is North and player B is South etc.
